We inform you that the General Conditions of Sale, which are detailed below, cover the protection of Clients, the conditions and methods of online purchase at www.DOTSHIO.com. By making a purchase, you state that you have carefully read and accept the General Conditions of Sale.

PURPOSE

The General Conditions of Sale regulate the sale of Goods marketed by DOTSHIO based at Calle Oceano, 26 03540, Alicante (Spain) and offered at www.DOTSHIO.com.

The General Conditions of Sale come into effect from the date of their acceptance by the Customer and are subject to Clause 1341 of the Civil Code.

The company reserves the right to modify the General Conditions of Sale at any time with a subsequent publication on the website. Last updated: 05/12/19

PURCHASE METHOD

Products are purchased on the website. All Products have a corresponding description of their main characteristics. All information provided is for informational purposes only.

It is understood that the image that is part of the description of the Products may be completely representative, but differ in color, size and accessories.

The order is confirmed by DOTSHIO with a letter, sent to the email address provided by the Customer at the time of registration. This confirmation message will contain a “number” that is used for communication purposes. The message will contain all the data entered by the Client who is responsible for providing accurate information.

In case of payment by bank transfer, the Client will receive, via e-mail, a Pro-forma where they will also find the bank details to make a payment.

In case of non-acceptance, DOTSHIO guarantees to notify the Client in time.

Cancellation or modification of orders

All orders placed with DOTSHIO can be canceled or modified at the request of the Client and with the consent of DOTSHIO. In case of modification: any modification may increase the cost of the order, which will be notified to the Client and / or may cause delays in the respective order. In case of cancellation: all costs and expenses incurred by DOTSHIO until said cancellation and in relation to that order will be borne by the Customer.

PAYMENT RULES

All prices on the web are shown with VAT included.

Prices may change without prior notice and the only correct price should be understood as that indicated at the time of order confirmation.

In some Products that are subject to promotions, DOTSHIO reserves the right to accept orders reducing the price. DOTSHIO reserves the right to cancel the order if payment is not received. In the event that the amount of the transfer does not correspond to the amount of the order, DOTSHIO will contact you to agree on how to proceed with the execution of the order.

Clients are advised to keep a copy of the bank receipt, such as a payment certificate.

METHOD OF DELIVERY

DOTSHIO accepts door-to-door orders worldwide.

Customs fees on international orders are the responsibility of the Customer.

For each order placed, DOTSHIO issues a sales document. The Customer may request a copy of the invoice or receipt within three months after issuance.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

DOTSHIO cannot be held liable in the event of a delay in the delivery of the order. At the time of delivery, check the following:

– that the packaging is not damaged, wet or otherwise altered;

– that the number of packages is that specified in the transport document.

Any damage to the Goods or the packaging must be reported immediately to the carrier and supplemented with written documents. Once you accept the Products and place a signature, you cannot make any objection regarding the appearance of the Products.

In case of non-collection within 5 working days of the merchandise stored in the courier’s warehouse due to the repeated impossibility of delivery to the address specified by the customer, the order will be canceled and a fine will be charged.

WARRANTY

All Goods sold by DOTSHIO are covered by a 12-24 month manufacturer’s warranty for defects or breakage. To benefit from the guarantee, the Customer must keep the invoice or sales document sent with the Merchandise itself. The warranty covers any manufacturing defect from the invoice date and if the Products are used under normal operating and maintenance conditions. Repairs or replacements made under the warranty do not extend its period.

DOTSHIO excludes any liability and the warranty does not cover defects derived from:

■ any assembly, installation or use of the Goods that does not comply with the instructions or specifications (documentation, operating and assembly instructions, special recommendations, etc.) or professional standards;

■ abnormal use of the Goods, faulty or improper maintenance, negligence or any other use other than the use for which the Goods were intended;

■ maintenance performed on Goods by third parties not expressly authorized by DOTSHIO;

■ acts of force majeure or as well as defects and consequences derived from the normal wear and tear of the Goods,

DOTSHIO will not be responsible for any warranty other than the one mentioned above.

DOTSHIO does not accept returns or refunds for Products that are considered non-defective and have been used in water.

In the event of the return of Goods under warranty, the Customer must return them in their original packaging and in their entirety (including packaging, all documents and accessories). The Goods will be protected with wrapping paper and suitable packaging for transport.
